We like to think of our foods as Southern comfort foods.  You know, the kind our moms and grandmothers made over the generations. Sannie Mae's Heirloom Foods is an edible memory, a culinary experience with a strong connection to a generalized past and to our roots and the foods you grew up with.  

Sannie Mae's Heirloom Foods has been around since 2008 and is based in Benton, Tennessee.  We specialize in premium quality heirloom canned foods, the kind our family made for four generations, using recipes that date back to my great grandmother. 

My Mother's family lived and worked in Elkmont and Tremont, Tennessee. She was born before the Great Smoky Mountain National Park was established.  Gardening and canning was a way of life for my family and still is today.  

We began Sannie Mae's with just a couple of recipes and offered to family and friends our canned products.  Additional requests came as a result of sharing these foods, so Sannie Mae's Heirloom Foods was established. Each year we have added products to enhance every day foods or use as an added touch to compliment your existing recipe.
